PP/PE/PP separator has a thermal shutdown function to ensure high safety. When the internal temperature of the lithium battery exceeds 120°C, the PE layer begins to close, but the PP layer still plays a supporting role; the separator does not begin to rupture until 165°C;
There is a 45°C difference between the thermal closure temperature and the membrane rupture temperature, which is safe;
Excellent ionic conductivity, higher liquid absorption rate and smaller battery internal resistance under the same conditions, good cycle performance;
It has high toughness and excellent drop resistance. If a single battery is dropped freely from a height of 1.5m, it will not catch fire or explode.
